Rental Preparation

New Jersey municipalities require that rental dwellings be registered and inspected prior to letting to the public. As a convenience, Parq Realty will perform these services for clients for a fee. Registration  typically includes:

• Registering the property, landlord and managing agent information:
• Prepping the unit in accordance with the local ordinance;
• Scheduling an inspection in order to obtain a certificate of occupancy.
