Our caretaking service is available for the benefit of people with secondary residences, expatriates, extended travel or simply allowing an stale real estate listing to breathe.

While you’re away its good to have a local presence available to address any situations that occur unexpectedly at your residence such as security alarm activation or property damage due to severe weather. This service can also be used for unoccupied Jersey Shore vacation homes during the off-season.

This service includes the following features:

• Regularly scheduled visits
• Interior inspection
• Exterior inspection including the grounds
• Oversight of repairs and maintenance
• Winterization (performed in the fall and reversed in the spring)
